The mixed-media pieces are composed of archival ink prints and pastels on Lauan wood boxes layered with numerous coats of encaustic - a time honored and ancient resin-wax medium that adds a luminous depth, texture and coloration to the artwork while protecting its surface. Each image is available in a limited edition of thirty and measures 12” x 12” X 1.75”.
